Changes in Bilfinger IS Polska

Due to the ongoing process of organisational changes in Bilfinger SE Group, all enterprises composing the Group have been classified and assigned in terms of the leading business profile to 14 Divisions.

The consequences of the implementation of the new organisational structure of the Group also include organisational changes in individual countries and companies. As a result of these changes companies merge and scopes of operations are shifted.

Therefore, as at 1 April 2014, the owners of Bilfinger Industrial Services Polska Sp. z o.o. and Multiserwis Sp. z o. o. - our sister company from Bilfinger Group, decided to shift the investment designing operations regarding insulation and facades from Bilfinger Industrial Services Polska to Multiserwis.

Bilfinger IS Polska is currently in the Industrial Maintenance Division.
We continue to provide our key service of complex industrial maintenance in all current disciplines, i.e. mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, control and automation, refractory lining, thermal insulation, scaffoldings and diagnostic services.

Bilfinger IS Polska continues to implement repair, investment and modernisation projects for its customers in mechanical, electrical and ICA disciplines, refractory lining and diagnostic services, as well as insulation, if they are a part of a multi-disciplined complex offer and project.
